This brand new, second floor studio in our new addition is $1,225 per month which includes heat, hot water, air conditioning and water/sewer.

Incorporated into the monthly rent is a $75 monthly resident services fee.

Resident is responsible for electricity and any other supplemental utilities (cable, internet, phone, etc.). Each unit is ready for a cable/internet connection.

Once construction is complete we will have updated pictures!

The color palette (pictured) features light ivory and beige paints, and the cabinetry is a dark cherry. Bathroom & kitchen features an easy clean vinyl floor with wood grain design, bedrooms are carpeted with a neutral tone creamy-tan.

Please complete and submit our Rental Application along with $25 non-refundable processing fee. We currently accept applications via email, snail mail or in person. (Please note: application fee will need to be mailed or dropped off in person, we are not currently set up to accept online payment for application fees.) Upon selecting the apartment you’d like to rent, please submit a reservation deposit equal to one month’s rent. Your reservation deposit becomes your last month’s rent & holds the apartment for you until it is ready for move in.
